A few blooms and The Spring Garden Show

This verbena came in a tiny pot with just a little sprig in it. My lady banks rose in the back ground.

There is a gate under those blooms.

I so wanted this bag of beautiful rich dirt. And $100/ $150 delivered is reasonable if you think of the countless tips back and forth to the garden center.

I have not posted anything on "Redness Day for a while. But I wanted to share my recent estate sale finds. These were peeking out from under a worn out comforter at a recent estate sale. I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw the $2.00 price sticker. Of course I bought all three. These are just the tops but I want to have them finished in the future. My favorite is the predominantly blue/ green one. It is made of a light weight corduroy. They all have a little red in them so I thought you might like them.
